Polure fluted architrave trim provides linear elegance and vertical grooved texture around doorway frames, window surrounds, and wall portals. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this decorative architrave profile delivers wood-like mechanical durability while remaining lightweight to prevent wall strain. Featuring a closed-cell composition with water absorption under 1%, it will not rot, mold, swell, or warp when exposed to outdoor weather or high indoor moisture across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Rated Class B2 for self-extinguishing fire safety, it arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Designed as a wall-mounted trim, it creates crisp architectural transitions. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall contact faces, paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill seams with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with quality paint.
