Waterproof Trim

Polure waterproof trim offers seamless architectural edge protection and decorative border detailing for interior wet areas and exterior building facades. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this versatile trim delivers wood-like mechanical toughness while remaining lightweight and resistant to impacts. Its closed-cell physical core maintains water absorption below 1%, guaranteeing that it will never swell, rot, or harbor mold in bathrooms, kitchens, or rain-exposed outdoor porticos. Fire-rated to B2 class and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C, it arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation requires clean, dry mounting surfaces. Apply a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on contact faces; silicone sealant is strictly forbidden. Mechanical screw fixing is required for permanent installation; countersink screw heads, fill with acrylic or facade putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with interior paints or elastic UV-resistant exterior paints.
