Thanks to a closed-cell physical structure, water absorption remains strictly under 1%, rendering the material completely immune to swelling, rot, warp, or mold growth in bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and exterior soffits. Operable within temperature limits from -100 °C / +80 °C, it possesses a B2 flame-retardant safety rating and comes pre-primed with a smooth white acrylic coating. Installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along wall contact edges and securing with mechanical countersunk screws; silicone bonding is strictly prohibited. Joint seams and countersunk screw locations are filled with acrylic filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with interior water-based or exterior elastic UV-resistant topcoats.
