Wall Panel Trim

Polure wall panel trim profiles provide an architectural solution for framing wall wainscoting and creating decorative panel mouldings on interior walls. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these trim pieces combine wood-like impact resistance with a lightweight structure that places no structural strain on drywall or masonry. The closed-cell material features water absorption below 1%, making it completely immune to rot, humidity, and mold in living spaces, hallways, or bathrooms. Operational across a temperature range of -100 °C / +80 °C without shrinking or warping, each profile carries a B2 fire safety rating and arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation is executed using continuous PU assembly adhesive along all wall contact points paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Once installed, joint seams and screw holes are filled, sanded, and painted with standard interior topcoats.
