Architectural Column Base

Polure architectural column bases deliver classical structural proportion and refined aesthetic anchoring for interior and exterior pillars. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these hollow decorative bases combine wood-like mechanical durability with lightweight handling for easy positioning around structural cores. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they will not rot, swell, warp, or crumble in damp environments or outdoor weather. Resistant to temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, they arrive pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Important: Polure column bases are purely decorative and NON-LOAD-BEARING; structural loads must be supported by an internal steel post. Never pour concrete inside the hollow core. Install using continuous PU assembly adhesive and countersunk screws. Lightly sand (180-220 grit) prior to applying topcoat paint.
