Rustic Ceiling Beams

Polure rustic ceiling beams transform ordinary overhead spaces into cozy, timber-framed ceilings with realistic wood grain textures and aged character. Cast from actual wooden logs using high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these faux beams deliver the visual charm of heavy timber while remaining exceptionally lightweight, allowing a single installer to mount them easily. With closed-cell polymer construction that keeps water absorption below 1%, they will never twist, warp, check, or foster mold or insects in humid interiors or porch ceilings. Operating reliably from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated Class B2 for fire resistance, each beam is delivered factory-coated in white acrylic primer. Installation onto ceiling framing requires applying a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on side contact edges combined with countersunk screws into wooden mounting blocks (silicone is strictly forbidden). Screw heads are putty-filled, sanded with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with wood stains or acrylic paints.
