Spiral Fluted Pillar

Polure spiral fluted pillar brings dramatic classical elegance and twisted vertical texture to entrances, rotundas, and living halls. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this decorative column shaft combines wood-like mechanical toughness with a lightweight structure. Designed as a hollow, NON-LOAD-BEARING decorative element, structural loads must be carried by an internal steel column profile; pouring concrete inside is strictly forbidden. Its closed-cell physical core maintains water absorption below 1%, ensuring it will not rot, swell, or mold in damp areas or outdoors. Fire-rated to class B2 and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C, it arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation requires clean, dry surfaces. Apply continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on joint edges; silicone sealant is strictly prohibited. Screw attachment is mandatory for permanent security; countersink screw heads, fill with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with interior water-based or exterior UV-resistant facade paints.
