Smooth Wall Molding

Polure Smooth Wall Molding adds crisp, clean lines and elegant framing proportions to interior walls, wainscoting panels, and door surrounds. Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), it offers wood-like mechanical durability and impact resistance without the susceptibility to denting, cracking, or moisture warping. The closed-cell material matrix keeps water absorption below 1%, ensuring complete resistance to rot and mold growth in living rooms, hallways, and bathrooms. Engineered to stay dimensionally stable between -100 °C / +80 °C, it meets B2 fire safety standards. Installation requires applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive on back contact edges and securing with mechanical screws; silicone adhesives are forbidden. Joint connections and countersunk screw holes are filled with acrylic filler and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit paper. Factory pre-primed in white acrylic, it accepts topcoat applications of water-based or synthetic paints.
