Precision-molded from real aged wood logs using high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these beam ends deliver wood-like mechanical durability while being light enough for effortless overhead installation by a single person. With a non-porous closed-cell matrix absorbing less than 1% water, they will never warp, rot, split, or harbor wood-boring insects in humid kitchens, spa areas, or outdoor covered spaces (-100 °C / +80 °C). Rated B2 for fire safety, every piece arrives factory-primed with a protective white acrylic coat. Installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive to contact edges and securing with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw holes with acrylic putty and sand smooth prior to applying wood stain or acrylic paint.
