With a closed-cell physical matrix, water absorption remains under 1%, ensuring total moisture resistance against rot and mold in humid environments such as bathrooms and spa areas. Engineered to perform reliably from -100 °C / +80 °C, the product carries a B2 flame-retardant rating and comes pre-primed with a factory-applied white acrylic coating. Installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact surfaces and securing with mechanical countersunk screws; silicone bonding is strictly prohibited. Joint seams and countersunk screw locations are filled with acrylic filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with interior water-based or exterior elastic UV-resistant topcoats.
