Round Pedestal Base

Polure round pedestal base provides a classic circular foundation for round columns, decorative posts, and architectural urns in interior and exterior settings. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this circular base offers wood-like mechanical durability while remaining lightweight to prevent floor stress. Featuring a closed-cell composition with water absorption under 1%, it will not rot, mold, swell, or split when exposed to standing water or floor washing. Rated Class B2 for self-extinguishing fire safety and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C, it arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Designed as a hollow decorative foundation wrap, it fits around structural column cores. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on contact edges, paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill seams with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and paint.
