Polure polyurethane architrave corner creates seamless 90-degree framing transitions for doorway surroundings, window trims, and interior wall paneling. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this precision corner block eliminates complex miter cuts while providing wood-like mechanical durability. Featuring a closed-cell composition with water absorption under 1%, it will not rot, mold, swell, or split when exposed to high indoor humidity or exterior weather from -100 °C / +80 °C. Rated Class B2 for self-extinguishing fire safety, it arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Designed as a decorative joint block, it joins horizontal architraves to vertical casings. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact faces, secured with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill seams with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with quality paint.
