Decorative Beam Wrap
The decorative beam wrap by Polure offers a rustic, authentic wood grain appearance to cover existing structural steel I-beams, concrete supports, or electrical conduits. Meticulously molded from real natural wood logs using high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), it captures deep timber textures and natural grain details. Unlike real timber, it is exceptionally lightweight, allowing a single installer to position and mount it easily without structural stress. Its closed-cell structure maintains water absorption under 1%, ensuring it will not warp, check, rot, mold, or attract wood-boring insects. Operating reliably from -100 °C / +80 °C with Class B2 fire safety rating, it is ideal for vaulted ceilings and rustic interiors. Delivered factory-primed, it installs using continuous PU assembly adhesive on joining contact surfaces along with mechanical countersunk screws, puttied, sanded (180-220 grit), and painted.
