Rigid Polymer Capital

The Polure rigid polymer capital offers a refined decorative crown for architectural columns and wall pilasters. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this structural ornament delivers wood-like mechanical toughness and detail clarity without adding heavy loads to the building structure. Note: all Polure column capitals are strictly non-load-bearing; structural weight must be supported by an internal steel column, and concrete must never be poured into the hollow interior. With water absorption below 1% and temperature resistance from -100 °C / +80 °C alongside a B2 fire safety class, it remains stable in both indoor and outdoor environments. Supplied factory pre-primed in white acrylic primer, installation requires continuous PU assembly adhesive and countersunk screws.
