Polyurethane wall relief panels engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³) add rich 3D sculptural texture to interior feature walls and exterior building facades. Featuring wood-like impact resistance and crisp geometric detail, these relief elements will not crack, chip, or deform under thermal shifts (-100 °C / +80 °C). Their closed-cell structural formula keeps water absorption under 1%, ensuring full mold and humidity resistance for bathrooms and exterior feature walls. Factory pre-coated with a white acrylic technical primer, Polure wall relief panels accept water-based, acrylic, or synthetic paints. Installation requires clean substrate preparation, continuous PU assembly adhesive across mounting surfaces, and mechanical screw fixing (silicone adhesive is strictly forbidden). Lightly sand with 180-220 grit paper before painting to guarantee optimal paint adhesion.
