Doric Column Capital

Polure Doric column capitals offer strong classical simplicity with clean echinus curves and sturdy abacus proportions to crown decorative architectural pillars. Formed from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these Doric capitals combine wood-like mechanical toughness and impact resistance with a lightweight profile for safe overhead placement. Featuring a closed-cell physical matrix with water absorption under 1%, they will not rot, swell, or deteriorate on exterior porticos or in humid indoor spaces. Rated B2 for fire safety and stable from -100 °C / +80 °C, each capital comes factory pre-primed with white acrylic primer. Installation is completed by applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact edges, securing with mechanical screws, filling fastener holes with facade filler, sanding smooth with 180-220 grit, and painting with topcoat paint.
