Foam Polyurethane Log End

Polure high-density foam polyurethane log ends provide authentic timber log slice textures and realistic end-grain detailing for ceiling beam hollows and rustic wall installations. Precision-molded from real natural timber cuts using high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these log ends deliver wood-like impact strength while being light enough for easy overhead mounting by a single installer. Formulated with a closed-cell matrix, water absorption is strictly under 1%, guaranteeing that the log ends will never rot, swell, warp, or harbor insects in indoor or outdoor environments (-100 °C / +80 °C). Rated B2 for fire safety, each element is delivered pre-treated with a factory white acrylic primer. Installation is completed using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on contact edges paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw holes with acrylic putty and finish with wood-tone stains or paints.
