Polyurethane Panel Trim
Polyurethane panel trim by Polure creates refined wall wainscoting, decorative frame borders, and elegant architectural wall panels. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), it delivers wood-like mechanical strength and impact resistance without sagging or splitting. Its closed-cell structure keeps water absorption under 1%, preventing rot, mold, swelling, or insect infestation in kitchens, bathrooms, or high-humidity areas. Designed to remain dimensionally stable across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C, it carries a Class B2 fire rating. Delivered pre-primed with a smooth white acrylic technical coating, it is ready for topcoat painting. Installation requires a clean, dry surface, precise 45° miter cuts, continuous PU assembly adhesive on contact edges, and countersunk mechanical screws. Fill screw holes with acrylic filler, sand smooth with 180-220 grit, and finish with water-based paints.
