Polure Border Profile

Polure Border Profile delivers refined architectural framing, dado borders, and crisp transition accents for walls, ceilings, and facade panels. Precision-molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this versatile border molding provides wood-equivalent mechanical strength while remaining light for precise, gap-free installation. Featuring a closed-cell water absorption rate strictly under 1%, it will not warp, swell, rot, or mold in interior rooms or exterior facade applications. Rated B2 fire retardant and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C. Installation requires applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear contact faces and joinery seams, reinforced with countersunk mechanical screws; silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. Outdoor joint connections must also be mechanically screwed together. Screw indentations and miter seam joints must be filled with acrylic or facade filler and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit paper. Pre-primed at the factory with white acrylic primer, it accepts any standard water-based interior paint or UV-resistant exterior finish.
