Polyurethane Corner Molding

Polure polyurethane corner molding creates seamless, elegant connections at internal and external wall junctions, protecting edges while adding decorative flair. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this structural moulding offers wood-like impact resistance without heavy weight. Its closed-cell physical structure ensures water absorption stays below 1%, eliminating rot, swelling, and mold growth in bathrooms, kitchens, and basements. Fire-rated to class B2 and stable in extreme temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C, each molding piece arrives factory pre-primed in white acrylic paint. Installation requires clean surfaces, precise miter cutting, continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along back contact ridges, and mechanical countersunk screw fixings. Silicone bonding is strictly forbidden. Joint seams and countersunk screw holes are filled with acrylic putty, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with interior water-based or synthetic topcoats.
