Plain Border Trim
Polure plain border trim provides clean, minimalist architectural lines for framing wall sections, door casings, and ceiling perimeters. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this versatile flat-profile moulding offers wood-like mechanical durability without adding significant load to wall substrates. Featuring a closed-cell structural matrix, its water absorption remains under 1%, ensuring absolute resistance to moisture, warping, rot, and mold in bathrooms, kitchens, and basements. Operable in environments from -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 flame retardancy, each trim piece arrives pre-primed in factory white acrylic primer. Installation requires clean, dry surfaces, continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive applied along wall contact backs, and countersunk screw attachment. Silicone bonding is strictly forbidden. Joint lines and screw indentations are filled with acrylic filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with interior water-based or exterior elastic UV-resistant paint.
