Pilaster Pedestal
Polure pilaster pedestals create magnificent architectural foundations for flat wall-mounted half-columns, door surrounds, and exterior facade framing. Produced from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these decorative wall pedestals deliver timber-like impact strength without adding heavy load to structural masonry or drywall. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they will not rot, swell, warp, or harbor mold in humid indoor or outdoor environments. Resistant to temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, they arrive pre-treated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Note: Polure pilaster pedestals are purely decorative and NON-LOAD-BEARING. Secure attachment requires a continuous bead of PU assembly adhesive along rear wall contact surfaces combined with countersunk screws. Lightly sand (180-220 grit) prior to applying topcoat paint.
