Pilaster Column Head

Polure pilaster column heads (capitals) crown wall-engaged pilasters with classical Doric, Ionic, or Corinthian architectural elegance. Cast in high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these ornate capital elements reproduce authentic historical carved reliefs without adding excessive weight to interior walls or exterior facades. With a closed-cell polymer structure keeping water absorption under 1%, these pilaster capitals will not rot, swell, or split when exposed to rain, humidity, or frost. Thermally stable between -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, each capital carries a factory-applied white acrylic primer. IMPORTANT: Polure pilaster capitals are decorative and strictly NON-LOAD-BEARING. Installation is completed by applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive to rear contact surfaces and securing with mechanical screws, followed by puttying, sanding, and painting.
