Patterned Polyurethane Corner Profile

Patterned polyurethane corner profiles created from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³) display crisp relief carvings and geometric patterns to enhance panel frames, ceiling borders, and wall corners. Engineered with high impact resistance and wood-like durability, these decorative corners will not crack, warp, or split over time. With closed-cell water absorption strictly under 1%, they provide complete immunity to mold and dampness in humid bathrooms or exterior facades (-100 °C / +80 °C). Pre-primed with a factory white acrylic technical primer, Polure patterned corner profiles allow seamless finishing with water-based, synthetic, or acrylic paints. Installation calls for clean substrate preparation, continuous PU assembly adhesive on all back contact surfaces, and mechanical screw fixing (silicone adhesive is strictly forbidden). Lightly sand with 180-220 grit paper prior to painting for ideal coating durability.
