Polure paintable wall corbel provides architectural dimension and decorative support beneath shelves, mantels, and ceiling beams. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this decorative bracket delivers wood-like mechanical toughness while maintaining a lightweight structure that will not weigh down wall substrates. Its closed-cell physical matrix ensures water absorption remains under 1%, rendering it completely immune to swelling, rot, and mold growth in kitchens, bathrooms, or living spaces. Rated to B2 fire safety standards and dimensionally unyielding from -100 °C / +80 °C, every bracket arrives pre-primed in factory white acrylic. Installing requires clean, dry mounting surfaces. Apply a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on mounting faces; silicone sealant is strictly forbidden. Mechanical fixing with countersunk screws is required for structural permanence. Screw heads and joints are filled with acrylic filler, sanded flat with 180-220 grit paper, and coated with water-based, synthetic, or cellulosic paints.
