Paintable Polyurethane Decor
Polure paintable polyurethane decor products deliver superior architectural refinement and customizable design flexibility for wall panels, ceiling borders, doors, and facade features. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these lightweight decorative elements combine wood-like mechanical strength with high impact resistance, eliminating heavy structural strain on walls. Featuring closed-cell formulation with water absorption under 1%, they will not rot, swell, mold, or attract insects in humid areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, or exterior protected spaces. Engineered to maintain complete dimensional stability between -100 °C / +80 °C without warping or shrinking, they hold a B2 fire safety classification. Pre-primed with a smooth white acrylic technical coat, they readily accept water-based, acrylic, or synthetic paints. Installation requires clean surfaces, 45° miter joints cut with a fine-tooth saw, continuous PU assembly adhesive on joining edges, and countersunk mechanical screws. Fill screw holes with acrylic filler, sand with 180-220 grit sandpaper, and paint.
