Thermally resilient between -100 °C / +80 °C and rated Class B2 for fire safety, every corbel arrives factory pre-coated with white acrylic primer. Installation onto facade surfaces requires a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive on contact edges paired with countersunk mechanical screws (silicone is strictly forbidden). Screw heads are filled with facade putty, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with two coats of UV-resistant exterior paint.
