Outdoor Railing Profile Capping

Outdoor railing profile cappings engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³) provide weather-defying protection and refined aesthetics for exterior balustrades. Resistant to rain, freezing frost, hail impact, and UV exposure (-100 °C / +80 °C), these polyurethane cappings maintain structural stability without rotting, swelling, or rusting. With a closed-cell structural formulation keeping water absorption under 1%, they are the ideal long-term alternative to timber or stone cappings. Factory pre-coated with a white acrylic technical primer, Polure outdoor railing profiles must be topcoated with an elastic, UV-resistant exterior paint. Installation requires surface cleaning, 45° miter cuts, continuous PU assembly adhesive, and mechanical screw fixing (silicone adhesive is strictly forbidden). Lightly sand with 180-220 grit paper before painting to ensure complete coating adhesion.
