Outdoor Pedestal Stand
The outdoor pedestal stand by Polure brings structured architectural elegance and weather-hardened support to garden urns, statuary, and landscape accents. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), it delivers wood-like mechanical strength and exceptional impact resistance, ensuring it will not dent from hail or heavy physical impact unlike EPS foam. Its closed-cell structure keeps water absorption under 1%, preventing rot, mold, swelling, or freeze-thaw cracking in harsh weather. Dimensionally stable between -100 °C / +80 °C, it carries a Class B2 fire safety rating without adding heavy structural loads to terraces or lawns. Supplied factory-primed with a smooth white acrylic technical coating, it requires painting with elastic, UV-resistant exterior topcoats. Installation requires a clean, dry surface, continuous PU assembly adhesive, and mechanical screw fasteners. Joints and screw heads are filled with facade putty, sanded with 180-220 grit, and painted.
