Polure Jambs

Polure door jambs provide structurally stable, moisture-resistant framing elements engineered for interior and exterior doorway surrounds. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these jamb profiles feature wood-like mechanical durability and impact resistance while eliminating swelling, rot, or insect infestation. Their closed-cell polymer construction keeps water absorption strictly below 1%, ensuring long-lasting performance in humid hallways, entrances, and bathrooms. Operating reliably across a broad temperature range from -100 °C / +80 °C with Class B2 fire safety approval, every piece comes factory pre-coated with white acrylic primer. Installation onto doorway openings requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive applied to rear contact faces and miter joints (silicone is strictly forbidden), reinforced with mechanical screws. Fill screw recesses with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with two coats of paint.
