Exterior Decorative Column

Polure exterior decorative columns enhance building porticos, patio overhangs, and garden pavilions with timeless classical proportions. Molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these columns feature a hollow interior designed to enclose structural steel posts while adding zero heavy structural weight to foundations. Closed-cell polymer engineering keeps water absorption under 1%, guaranteeing that the column casing will not swell, crack from freeze-thaw cycles (-100 °C / +80 °C), or rot under outdoor moisture. Supplied in standard diameters (20/30/40/50/60/80 cm) and 240 cm height, they are pre-primed with white factory primer. Assembly requires joining column halves or segments with continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive and mechanical screws. NEVER pour concrete inside. Sand joints smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper and coat with two coats of UV-resistant exterior paint.
