Exterior Pillar Cap

Polure exterior pillar caps provide protective architectural crowning for outdoor gate posts, garden wall piers, and facade columns. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these exterior column tops offer wood-like mechanical durability and hail-proof impact protection without adding heavy load to masonry walls. Engineered with a closed-cell polymer matrix and water absorption under 1%, they will never absorb rainwater, swell, rot, or freeze-crack during winter frosts. Thermally stable across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, they arrive pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Important: Polure exterior pillar caps are decorative and NON-LOAD-BEARING; structural loads must be supported by an internal steel post or masonry core. Never pour concrete inside the hollow space. Install using continuous PU assembly adhesive along contact edges, combined with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw holes and joints with facade filler, sand smooth (180-220 grit), and paint with UV-resistant exterior facade paint.
