Polure rustic timber headers add rugged architectural character, historical wood lintel charm, and focal elegance above interior doorways, windows, and fireplace openings. Precision-molded from real aged timber cuts using high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these decorative headers replicate deep wood grain and hand-hewn textures while remaining exceptionally lightweight for effortless wall mounting. With a closed-cell matrix absorbing less than 1% water, they will never warp, rot, swell, or attract wood-boring insects in spaces subject to temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Certified B2 for fire safety, each header arrives factory-primed with a smooth white acrylic coat. Installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear surfaces and securing with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw holes with acrylic putty and sand smooth prior to applying wood stain or acrylic topcoat paint.
