Polure pedestal capital set provides a complete architectural framing ensemble for decorative columns, pillars, and door surrounds. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this coordinated base and crown set offers wood-like mechanical durability while remaining lightweight to prevent wall and floor strain. Featuring a closed-cell composition with water absorption under 1%, it will not rot, mold, swell, or deteriorate across extreme outdoor temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Rated Class B2 for self-extinguishing fire safety, each piece arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Designed as a hollow decorative cladding set, it fits neatly around internal structural posts or wall pilasters. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact faces, secured with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill seams with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with quality paint.
