Exterior Capitals

Polure exterior capitals provide weather-hardened architectural head profiles engineered specifically to crown exterior facade columns and entrance porticos. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these exterior capitals offer timber-matching mechanical strength and hail resistance without imposing heavy structural loads on outer walls. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they will never absorb rain, rot, freeze-thaw crack, or cultivate mold under severe weather exposure. Thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated Class B2 for fire safety, each capital comes pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Note that Polure exterior capitals are strictly decorative non-load-bearing components; structural loads must be supported by an internal steel profile. Never pour concrete inside. Installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear contact faces (silicone is strictly forbidden), secured with mechanical screw anchors. Fill screw holes with facade filler, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and coat with elastic, UV-resistant exterior paint.
