Classical Polyurethane Column

Polure classical polyurethane columns bring timeless Greco-Roman grandeur to exterior entrance porticos, interior grand halls, and garden pavilions. Engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these columns feature a hollow interior designed strictly for decorative cladding over existing load-bearing steel or timber posts. Available in full-round or half-wall pilaster configurations with smooth or fluted shafts, standard diameters span 20 to 80 cm at a standard height of 240 cm. With a closed-cell composition and less than 1% water absorption, they will not rot, swell, or split under weather exposure. Operating from -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 fire retardancy, installation requires PU assembly adhesive, countersunk mechanical screws, and UV paint outdoors.
