Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this neoclassical capital delivers wood-like mechanical durability while remaining lightweight to eliminate top-heavy structural strain. Featuring a closed-cell composition with water absorption under 1%, it will not rot, mold, swell, or crack across severe weather or temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Rated Class B2 for self-extinguishing fire safety, it arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Designed as a hollow decorative cladding crown, it encases internal structural steel cores. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact faces, secured with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill seams with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with quality paint.
