Custom Architraves

Polure custom architraves provide tailored door and window trim solutions tailored for unique architectural renovation projects and bespoke interior designs. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³) via specialized CNC molding, these custom trims replicate intricate historical patterns with high impact resistance and precision. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they will never swell, rot, warp, or split over time. Operating reliably between -100 °C / +80 °C with Class B2 fire resistance, each length arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation onto wall surrounds requires cutting 45° miter joints with a miter saw, applying a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear contact faces and joints (silicone is strictly forbidden), and fixing with countersunk screws. Screw holes and seams are filled with acrylic putty, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with two coats of paint.
