Polyurethane Facade Pilaster Base

Polure polyurethane facade pilaster base provides a sturdy, elegant architectural foundation for flat wall pilasters on building exteriors, entryway portals, and decorative facade columns. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this plinth base delivers wood-like mechanical durability and high impact resistance along ground-level wall zones. Featuring a closed-cell composition with water absorption under 1%, it will not rot, mold, swell, or crack when exposed to rain, ground moisture, or extreme weather from -100 °C / +80 °C. Rated Class B2 for self-extinguishing fire safety, it arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Designed as a wall-mounted column foundation trim, it anchors securely at wall bases. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact faces, secured with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill seams with facade filler, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and paint with exterior paint.
