Interior Wall Paneling
Polure interior wall paneling decorative profiles transform flat interior walls into sophisticated boiserie geometric features and classical wainscoting. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these panel moldings deliver wood-like surface hardness and impact resistance without warping or cracking under daily room activity. Featuring a closed-cell material composition with water absorption under 1%, they will never swell, rot, or foster mold growth in humid bathrooms, kitchens, or hallways. Formulated for thermal stability between -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 fire safety classification, each paneling profile comes factory pre-primed in a white acrylic technical coat. Installation is easily executed using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive paired with countersunk mechanical screws. Lightly sand (180-220 grit) before topcoat painting.
Frequently Asked Questions
What material is Polure interior wall paneling made of?
It is molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), providing wood-like impact resistance, zero VOC emissions, and B2 fire safety.
Can interior wall paneling be installed in bathrooms and humid kitchens?
Yes, with water absorption below 1% and mold resistance, it will not warp, rot, or swell in high-humidity indoor environments.
How is interior wall paneling fastened to interior walls?
Apply continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact surfaces and secure with mechanical countersunk screws. Silicone adhesive is forbidden.
How should interior wall paneling be painted?
Lightly sand (180-220 grit) and apply water-based or synthetic topcoat paints over the factory white acrylic primer.
