Door Surmount Decor

Polure door surmount decor adds relief carvings and classical supraporte elegance above doors, portals, and grand archways. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this overdoor ornament provides wood-like impact strength and deeply sculpted detailing while remaining lightweight to prevent wall sag. Featuring closed-cell composition with less than 1% water absorption, it will not rot, warp, swell, or cultivate mold in humid interiors or exterior entrances. Operating within temperature ranges of -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, every piece is factory-primed with a white acrylic technical primer. Installation requires level positioning, continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along back contact edges, and countersunk mechanical screws. Fill joint gaps and screw heads with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit, and finish with paint.
