Classic Facade Column

Polure classic facade columns bring stately Greco-Roman architectural grandeur to building entrances, porticos, and grand verandas. Manufactured from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these decorative columns are hollow, non-load-bearing architectural elements that enclose internal structural steel profiles without adding heavy structural loads. Their closed-cell polymer structure ensures water absorption under 1%, providing total resistance to rain, frost, rot, and insects in temperatures ranging from -100 °C / +80 °C. Available in standard diameters (20/30/40/50/60/80 cm) and 240 cm height with Doric, Ionic, or Corinthian capitals, they come factory-primed with white acrylic primer. Installation requires mounting over steel core posts—never pour concrete inside—using polyurethane assembly adhesive on joints and mechanical screws. Sand seams with 180-220 grit paper and paint with two coats of UV-resistant exterior facade paint.
