High Density Polyurethane Ornament
Polure high density polyurethane ornaments deliver refined architectural embellishments for ceilings, doors, cabinetry, and wall paneling. Molded from rigid polyurethane engineered at 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³) density, these ornaments achieve wood-like mechanical durability while providing high impact resistance against dents. Their closed-cell structure with water absorption under 1% renders them entirely rot-proof and immune to humidity in kitchens, spa suites, and verandas from -100 °C / +80 °C. Supplied with factory white acrylic primer, they accept all standard interior paint finishes. Installation requires only continuous PU assembly adhesive.
