Delivered with a factory-applied white acrylic primer, installation requires clean wall surfaces, 45-degree miter cuts with a fine saw, a continuous bead of PU assembly adhesive on all contact edges, and mechanical fixing with countersunk screws. Fill fastener cavities with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with quality topcoats.
