Featuring closed-cell composition with under 1% water absorption, it resists moisture, rot, swelling, and mold growth in damp foyers, bathrooms, or exterior entry portals. Engineered to remain dimensionally stable in temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 fire safety compliance, every plinth arrives factory-primed with a white technical acrylic primer. Installation requires level positioning, continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear and base contact surfaces, and mechanical screw anchoring. Fill countersunk screw heads and joint gaps with acrylic or facade putty, sand smooth (180-220 grit), and finish with paint.
