High Density Column

Polure high density column provides supreme structural resilience and smooth architectural surfaces for decorative pillar applications. Engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this column withstands heavy impacts like wood while remaining lightweight for easy positioning. Its closed-cell internal matrix ensures water absorption remains under 1%, protecting against rotting, swelling, mold, and termites in all climate conditions. Thermally resilient from -100 °C / +80 °C, the material achieves a B2 fire safety class for self-extinguishing protection. Factory pre-primed with white acrylic technical primer, installation entails continuous PU assembly adhesive on joining surfaces combined with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw holes and joints with acrylic putty, sand with 180-220 grit paper, and paint with topcoat paint.
