Polure architectural facade capitals deliver decorative crowns for exterior columns, pilasters, and entrance porticos on building facades. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these ornate capitals provide wood-like mechanical durability and sharp relief detail while remaining lightweight to prevent structural stress on upper walls. Featuring a closed-cell composition with water absorption under 1%, they will not rot, mold, swell, or crack when exposed to severe weather or extreme temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Rated Class B2 for self-extinguishing fire safety, each capital arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Designed as hollow decorative covers, they fit seamlessly over internal structural posts. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on joining seams, secured with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill seams with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with UV paint.
