Exterior Building Corner Trim

Polure exterior building corner trim provides clean architectural framing and protective quoining for outer facade corners. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this exterior trim offers wood-equivalent mechanical strength that effectively resists hail impacts without denting. Featuring a closed-cell physical matrix with water absorption under 1%, it will not absorb moisture, swell, rot, or degrade during freeze-thaw cycles. Tested to operate between -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 fire retardancy, every length is pre-coated in factory white acrylic primer. Installation requires clean masonry, continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall contact backs, and mechanical countersunk screw fixings. Silicone bonding is strictly forbidden. Joint lines and screw holes are filled with exterior acrylic facade filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit, and finished with UV-resistant elastic facade paint.
