Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these profiles offer wood-like mechanical durability while remaining light enough to adhere overhead without heavy structural mounting. The closed-cell physical matrix keeps water absorption strictly below 1%, making each indirect profile completely immune to rot, humidity, and mold growth in living rooms, bedrooms, or spa environments. Designed to operate safely between -100 °C / +80 °C without shrinking or warping, all profiles carry a B2 fire safety rating and arrive pre-primed in factory white acrylic. Installation requires continuous PU assembly adhesive on contact edges combined with mechanical countersunk screws. Joints and screw heads are filled with acrylic filler, sanded smooth, and finished with topcoat paint.
