Half Column Cladding

Polure half column cladding offers decorative pilaster profiles for flat wall surfaces, structural wall projections, and entryway surrounds. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these half-round column shells deliver the three-dimensional grandeur of classical stone pilasters with high impact resistance and light weight. Their closed-cell structure keeps water absorption under 1%, preventing mold, rot, or swelling in interior and exterior applications. Rated B2 for self-extinguishing fire safety, they withstand temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Factory-primed in white acrylic paint, they readily accept water-based or synthetic topcoats. Important: half column cladding is purely decorative and non-load-bearing. Standard section height is 240 cm. Available diameters include 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 80 cm. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear wall edges and countersunk mechanical screws.
